Bright Lite Structures offers a unique combination of design, development and manufacturing services for automotive manufacturers.
We assist our customers in designing and manufacturing components using the propriety BLS technology that will meet desired performance characteristics.
The BLS fabrication cycle is substantially shorter than with conventional composite materials. As with other composites, it can be produced in low volume, but unlike traditional carbon fiber, our composite is suitable for high volume manufacturing, bringing down the cost per component significantly.
We fabricate prototypes and can manufacture finished components in volume at our production facilities in Peterborough, England. Recently, we designed, developed and produced the chassis for the Zenos E10 sports car.
