About the Company

Bright Lite Structures (BLS) was co-founded in 2015 by Antony Dodworth and Rick Holman to bring their patented, sandwich composite technology into commercial production. BLS offers a complete end-to-end service, from concept, design, prototyping, validation and volume manufacturing to meet customer's specific needs. BLS is ISO 9001 certified.

BLS began with the design and manufacture of chassis components for several world-renowned automotive OEMs. This has led to BLS technology being used in the aerospace, commercial vehicle, and rail industries for products such as seat components, truck floors, bus exit doors, and rail components.

As part of the product development for these customers, BLS has developed unique, patented pending materials that successfully meet stringent aerospace and rail industry standards for Fire, Smoke, Toxicity, and Heat Release. To learn more about how BLS meets these standards, see the test results >

BLS has significantly increased capacity and capability over the last several years. To meet growing customer demand for BLS products, the company more than 60,000 square-feet of facilities and has increased manufacturing personnel and equipment.
