Our advanced, patented composite technology can be applied to the design and manufacture of a wide variety of commercial components. Currently, Bright Lite Structures (BLS) designs and manufactures components for commercial vehicles, aircraft seating, rail transport, buses, automobiles and many other products.
Aerospace
BLS designs and produces aircraft seating for several aircraft seat manufacturers. Our designs weigh 10-20% less than existing seating and meet or exceed the criteria of FAR 25.853 for FST and OSU Heat Release as well as HIC and 16G requirements. Commercial Vehicles
BLS designs and manufacturers truck load floors for 3.5 ton commercial trucks. These floors weigh more than 50% less than the standard floors, which enables delivery vehicles to significantly increase the amount of goods per truckload. Buses & Coaches
